Practices to be held 6pm-8pm starting Nov. 18, 2024

 

M/W for Youth & Beginners 6pm to 7:30 pm

 

T/TH/F for Middle School & Tournament kids 6pm to8:00 pm

Water, shorts, t-shirt, wrestling shoes is all that is required

 

All practices will be held at The Southington High School in 'The Pit'
