Practices to be held 5:30-8pm starting Nov. 14, 2021

 

M/W for Youth & Beginners 5:30 to 6:30 pm

 

T/TH/F for Middle School & Tournament kids 6:30 to8:00 pm

Water, shorts, t-shirt, wrestling shoes is all that is required

 

All practices will be held at The Southington High School in 'The Pit'
